I have 47 rca tv lcd .it powers up but screen is black u can press the menu on remote ..it shows lite for few seconds after that screen it dark ..u can use flashlight and see image of stuff playing on TV..so backlight is problem ..I tested 24 v going to black light board from power supply ..not sure on voltage coming out of transformers for backligh any ideas thank for help

Without a schematic of the power board the quickest way to find out what’s wrong is to use a TV backlight tester (examples only).
It powers the backlight LEDs without the TV needing to be turned on. Simply disconnect the backlight power leads from the power board and connect the tester to the leads.
If they don’t turn on then it is the backlights, if they do then it is the power board. There’s also a possibility if it is the power board that it may be the mainboard telling the power board not to turn on the power to the backlights but maybe less likely.
