Steven Panco it sounds like it is in limp mode. you will need to get the OBD scanned. Not sure where you are located but in my area Autozone offers that for free. Let us know if there are any codes showing. The other issue could be a failed TPS sensor. I’d try to get the TPS body through a “relearn”. Try this procedure or check on here if you work better with written instructions.
