Does not Sync, or charge normally after fall.

I dropped my iPad off the back of a John-Deere TrailGator in a 3rd world country a while back. Fearing the worst I scooped it up and hit the power button. My iPad turned on normally and operated normally, so I thought everything was fine. However when I finally got home and I plugged the iPad in to charge i got a message at the top of "Not Charging". It is in fact charging, just not very quickly at all. The iPad will not connect to any computer any more either. Every possible permutation of cable, computer and charger have been tried to eliminate the easy stuff. What strikes me as odd is that other than this is acts perfectly normally.

What should I do now? Apple does not cover accidental damage so warranty is no longer an issue.
