Why my headphones is not working
Every time I plug my headphone ain't work but if move it hard will work for some minutes

Hi,
It seems as though the headphone jack is faulty and will need to be replaced.
Fortunately the headphone jack is mounted on the charge port daughter board so it is easier to replace the whole board, rather than just replacing the headphone jack itself, which would require smd soldering skills and tools etc.
Replacement charge port boards (supplier example only) are available online. Just search for Samsung A30 charge port board to get results for suppliers that suit you best.
Here’s a video that shows how to replace the board in the phone, that may help.
