I'm interested in upgrading the RAM of this computer. Please tell me which of the following RAMs is considered most suitable for my model.
Also i want to upgrade my HDD drove to SSD. The following is considered suitable for my model ?

For RAM, the first and third links you provided will work. The second link will not work because the memory is not low profile.
As for the SSD, the one you linked to should work.

What is low profile memory ? Do you have a better suggestion for RAM regarding this iMac ? Do you think that I will have a significant outcome if upgrading ram from 4GB to 16GB ? What about 8GB ?
@g_atticus You will see the most improvement from upgrading the SSD.
The RAM should be upgraded to at least 8GB as well. You probably won't notice a difference in performance from 16GB of RAM vs 8GB RAM unless you play video games, do video editing, or have many tabs open at a time on a web browser.

I do not do any of the things you describe other than the many tabs on the internet which is rare. I am thinking very serious instead of 16GB to go to 8GB mainly because of the money difference. What do you think ? If I decide to upgrade to 8GB which one do you consider appropriate for my iMac ?
