I can’t find fuse for kenmore elite model number 79629002000. Has no power but outlet has power please help

Check that the Noise filter LG part # EAM60930601 (supplier example only) is OK.
The power passes through the filter (where there is also a fuse) to get to the control board.
Here’s the service manual for the washer. Go to p.20 to view the wiring diagram which shows where the noise filter connects to the control board so that you can test if there is power at the board or not.
If there is no power at the control board then the filter or the line cord is faulty.
If there is power at the control board then there is a problem on the board.
See p.21-22 for how to access the filter.
Be safety aware when testing as it is hazardous AC voltage that you’re testing for. If you don’t know what you’re doing, then don’t do it! Contact a reputable, professional appliance repair service and ask for a quote

The 796-40272900 is the same inasmuch that it is a rebadged LG washer which according to this parts supplier it also has a noise filter part #6201EC1006T. This supplier shows that it is part #6201EC1006L but a quick search online shows that they seem to be interchangeable and are also used in other LG appliances as well.
