We did an engine rebuild and my throttle and kickdown cable nuts

My uncle and I just did a full engine rebuild on my car and one of the kids helped us tear out the old engine. He happened to move the deflection nuts on my throttle cable linkages and kickdown cables and the one cable away from the throttle body near the passenger side the nuts on that cable got moved badly also.

Ive been looking for weeks on this subject and can find nothing for my car. I want to know if someone can send me a diagram with specs and everything for each deflection nut that got moved. My transmission only shifts manually now but it will not shift automatically likes it's supposed to. The transmission was fine before these cables got messed with
