No coffee or water coming from the dispenser

Hello,

I have a Saeco Royal Professional, it was working fine.

When I power the machine on it comes ready.

When I press the coffee button, the machine goes through the whole cycle and there are no unusual sounds.

There is no water or coffee coming out of the dispensing unit.

The grounds end up in the container (dry) and the hot water goes to the drip tray.

Have you tried using coffee that is more finely ground? Has this.xoffee worked in the past?

Yes, been using the same beans for years and the same setting.
