My Rockjam RJ-654 keyboard produces no sound, even though it’s on.
Hello all, I’ve recently gotten a Rockjam rj654 keyboard. However every time I turn it on and press the keys, no sound plays. The manual only tells me to check the head phone jack (it’s empty), and I can’t find anything about this issue for this keyboard online. Any help would be appreciated!
Christian Miles do you get sound from the headphone jack once you plug some headphones in?

Time for a teardown and let's see if there is anything obvious that could be the cause for this. Does it look difficult to take it apart? Have not had "the pleasure" of having worked on this brand. Remember you can always post images so we can see what you are looking at. iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法

Looks like the model is actually pretty new. Any chance of getting this work covered under any kind of warranty etc.?
