My monitor's button can't be used to adjust the screen
The button on the back panel of the monitor is given for various settings. I cannot use it to align the screen horizontally or adjust the brightness. What should I do?

Hi,
Hopefully it may just be a faulty button actuator or contact.
Here’s a video that may help.
I realize that the monitor problem described in the video is not the same as for your monitor but the video is useful as it shows how to open the monitor so that you can check the operation of the button, both mechanically and electrically.

What settings can you adjust with the button?

@jayeff It is a Samsung S19F350. I cannot adjust anything with the button.
