How to replace the webcam of asus b551lg core i3 4th gen
the webcam of my laptop is not working so I want to change it. it may be possible that some connection is intersected or some othert hardware issue. so i want to replace it

Just confirming that you have proved that it is not a software problem?
What is the status of the webcam as shown in Device Manager?
To get to Device Manager in Win 10 press the Win key + x key (both together) and then click on the Device Manager link.
When in Device Manager find the camera hardware listed under either the Cameras, Imaging devices or Sound, video and game controllers category.
When you have found the camera entry right click on the entry and select Properties > General tab and check what it says in the Device Status box.
If it says that this device is working properly right click on the hardware entry and select Uninstall device and follow the prompts. Restart the laptop in the normal manner and let Windows “find” it again and reinstall it and check if it now works.
If there is a yellow exclamation mark next to the camera hardware entry in Device Manager then you have a driver problem. Right click on the entry and click on the Update driver link and follow the prompts. You need to be online for this to work.
If there is a red cross next to the entry, right click on the entry and select enable device and check if it now works OK.

No I have checked fully there is no software issue.
I can't find any videos on how to replace the camera or even the LCD panel for your model which would help to gain access the the webcam.
Maybe search on YouTube for other similar Asus models to see if there are any videos on how to replace the screen. With the screen removed or at least the screen bezel, the webcam should be accessible. Usually manufacturers don't change how they assemble things too much. Just a thought.
Only thing I can offer is the part number for the camera - 04081-00025500
If you search online using the part number only, you will get results for suppliers.
