Anna, I have not dealt with this site at all. I do very frequently deal with sites from China, and overall have been pretty impressed with the services. I always make sure that those sites accept paypal, that way I am protected ( well, at least somewhat) In the last 3 years I have not had a single order that was not shipped or bad merchandise. So make sure that you do not shop by using western express or anything like that. Find out if they use paypal (my favorite) or any other of those services. Just my 2 cents...

+ I agree with OT3 purchase only from sites that accept payments from Paypal or similar service that give the customer some protection. It speaks of the vender's character, integrity and desire to remain in business if they accept those types of payments. I have had similar, but not the same, experience as OT3 purchasing from China. I have received several bad/defective items, initially. I've also been shipped the wrong item. In all of those fore mentioned cases the seller made it right through their RMA process.

No and personally I wouldn't. I'm shopping through amazon and ebay. At least you can see the product rating and the seller evaluations, never had problem with it and it's most of the time less expensive.
