Hi, my A21s doesn't power on, draws 0.02A sometimes 0.05A on and off. No vibration, no booting, no life on the screen.

Changed screen twice, changed battery, replaced sub flex and charging port, still no joy and exactly the same problem. Also no shorts found

Microsoldering company can't find damage to the connectors. Tried externally charging battery, and external power supply.

They are ordering a new charge IC and see if that'll work.

Can you confirm if it boots with a charged battery? A battery of at least 3.7V

It doesn't boot no. I took a battery reading of 3.69V before externally charging

Ok seem like a motherboard issue, I think the company is on the right track.

There are a couple of small power IC that tends to fail in Samsung, but I'm not familiar enough with the motherboard of that model.

I hope they find the issue!
