HP laptop doesn't see exstra hdd
ı took a harddisk which is 1T and I add the computer but it doesn’t see hdd. what should ı do?

Can you see the drive in the BIOS?

@aactech yes I can also seperate the drive but the file does't open. It says the drive is not online

Can you try the HDD in another computer and see if it works there?
What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the information label on the bottom?
