I dropped my iphone 4gs, and shattered the backglass.
When will the back panel be available to buy? How much would apple charge to do this? Is there any other way to get it replaced for cheap?

Ed,
From what I know, Apple doesn't sell parts. You'll have to get it through a different service. Normally spare iPhone parts can be found on websites like dealextreme.com ; if the 4GS parts aren't on there already, they will be eventually. Not sure about the timeframe.
Apple will charge you some obnoxious amount that will likely be more than what you paid for the phone, if you didn't pay full price (as in you got it w/ a contract). If its really bad, this might be a good option though.
