Technical Repair Manual for Kenmore Elite 11031632611?

Where can I get a technical repair manual for Kenmore Elite Top Load Washer MOD:11031632611? Getting F6/E2 error and we've tried just about every step mentioned in the forums and it will work one or two times and then gives the error code after about the 3rd wash. We’d like to try some addition troubleshooting steps hopefully found in the guide I’m looking for before we go and spend $300 on a new control board. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Another issue we are having is the lid lock goes insane at the end of the cycle when it does work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Were you able to resolve the insane lid lock issue? I have the same issue on a similar model (11031633611) that I’m trying to resolve.

@mudkat Your Kenmore is actually a rebranded Whirlpool Cabrio. That error is a PITA and I agree that you do not just want to change the control board. the manual that manufacturers do not want you to have is ++>>Kenmore Top Load Washer<<== Complete Test #1: Main Control, page 6-5 and Test #4: Keys and Encoders, page 6-11 first and see what you get. What makes me go “hhhhmmmm” is that door lock. I think I’d start looking into that. Anyhow, let us know how it goes and if you need any further help or get lost somewhere, you can always post some good pictures of where you are stuck etc. with your QUESTION.

Thank you! We'll try the steps suggested. It's just crazy that it works for a few loads and then just throws the error. I think we might need to check the lid lock test too. It generally happens right before the spin cycle or at the very end of the wash.

I vaguely remember some cases where it had to do with the speed sensor causing issues. Let me look through some of my notes and see if i can find it. In the meantime run through the diagnostics and see what you get

Would you also know where I can get a technical manual for a Kenmore Elite 11031633611? (Similar to model above) I’m also having the lid lock issue where it goes insane (typically at the end of washing and not with every load)

@rhondacook according to my info both the 32611 and 33611 are actually using the same manual. what I do have is the Techsheet for the 110.31633611. I added it to my original answer. Hope this will help you. If not, come back and let us know.
