been doing this since last month, i try turning it on but everytime the xbox light lights up makes the starting sound, then after about a milisecond i hear a faint *click* and it shuts off right after, please help?

There are several things that may be causing this. It sounds like it may be a problem with something shorting or with the power supply. It is most likely the power supply. Here is the part you will need to fix it if it is in fact the power supply. Xbox One S Power Supply: Internal Replacement Part (ifixit.com)

It sounds like it would be the PSU.
@nytryder26 That is what I thought, too.
I have this same problem, baught and replaced the PSU, and it is still beeping/clicking, could it be the motherboard?
@Russel Hill Maybe try the Hard drive
