wifi and bluetooth dosn't work

I have a galaxy a20e that fell into the sea to a very careless person .....

the water has entered the secondary card reaching the flat clable. the latter then made a short circuit by melting both the flat and the secondary card.

I replaced both but the wifi and bluetooth still don't work ...

I am afraid it is due to the poor quality of the spare part, but I also noticed that the white coxial cable is a bit flattened and longer than normal

could you help me? and could you recommend me a good spare part?

ps. both wifi and bluetooth do not activate just from android

pps. above the secondary board there is the "body" with different tracks, which are a little oxidized by the water, can they be annoying?
