Bose QC35 won’t turn on

Bose qc35 won’t turn on. When USB cable plugged in, LED doesn’t up too.

I’ve disconnected the ribbon cable to the small pcb where the usb socket is. Still none of the LEDs light up when connected to power.

anyone has any ideas?
