I have the Kenmore Elite 700 top load washer. We moved it 25 feet and reconnected it and now it will not fill the inner tub with water. All hoses have water flow and screens in water intake valve have been cleaned. Any suggestions please? It will even begin wash cycle with no water in it.

This shows how to get into the diagnostic mode to test all the functions of the washer.
If there are any error codes displayed the sheet also describes what they mean and how to test the individual component concerned.
Here’s a link to a supplier of the parts for the washer. It is only to show where the parts are located and what they may cost. There are other suppliers online that may suit you better. Just search for 11031633611 parts to get results for suppliers that suit you best.
Hopefully this will help you to find and fix the problem.

Hi,
What is the model number of the washer?
Does it do this when either water temperature is selected i.e. hot or cold or only when using the one setting?
it may be a problem with the water inlet solenoid or the water level pressure switch telling the control board that there is already enough water in there when obviously there isn't

I am seeing if my husband can bring home the thing that can check the water input valve solenoids.
It does this no matter what water temp its set on

Also wanted to add that I can hear it letting water into the unit, but not getting into the tub. And when I power it off, it automatically drains, and water is coming out if the drain hose.

If parts are required then at least you know that you're getting the correct ones for your exact model
