My flash suddenly stopped working and hasn't worked for a month?

I tried taking a picture in the dark on every mode, and the flash just isn't going off. It's been like this for about a month. I've also replaced the batteries multiple times.

Check your settings and make sure that the flash is set to on in Program Mode. If it is set on, it might be your flash capacitor or your flash unit. Here is a guide that can help you with the repair. Good Luck.
