iPhone 6 not booting no charge symbol
Hello
i have an iphone 6, that had a restarting issue, i set aside and it had the same issue for nearly 2 weeks, after taking it apart found out it was a grounding issue, i have replaced most grounding parts and the phone was working flawlessly. i have tested it with a sim card and tested playing a youtube video for quite some time and the phone was perfectly fine. i got a new glass for it as the glass on lcd was broken. once i got the glass i was going to give the phone a final test before starting to isolate the glass from lcd however the phone is not turning on or showing a charging symbol, i have tried multiple batteries, and checked the vcc main line, there is no short beginning from cap above battery terminal, all the way to the cap beside the wifi chip. What can be wrong here, any help appreciated !
Crazy as it sounds, have you tried to clean the charger port with some tweezers or a pin. I have had many iPhones come in with no charge, turned out there was just enough dust and stuff deep in the port to cause the charger not to fit fully in.
You can usually see all the black dust build-up if you shine a torch into your port. I would also test a spare charger flex if you have one.
Hope this helps...

thank you for your solution, i have just tried another charge port from my old Iphone that I used way back, and another LCD. i have not tried much other than checking for short and gave up to the frustration that it stopped working. Turned out to be possibly a charge port as i heard the charge chime of it coming on in other housing with faulty lcd and definitely the LCD because the ribbon connector was bent a bit and started working with another LCD.
