TV keeps rebooting and blue pulsing light

My Toshiba Fire TV Edition 50 inch 4K (model TF-50A810U19) was stuck on logo screen with the blue light pulsating. I did a factory reset and still same result but now will reboot after 30 seconds or so. I would like to repair it if I can but I do not know what the issue is. Any ideas?
