Battery health is still show less after new battery replacement

If you see the screenshot that indicate that battery health is 83% after replacement of brand new replacement battery. Is that poor new battery or something else? How we can make 100% battery health ?

Is the replacement battery a genuine replacement part from Samsung or a third party?

It is Third party not original one.

@irepairman If the rest of your device is functioning fine, then you may have just received a bad battery unfortunately. Are you able to try another battery in the device, preferably a new Samsung battery?

I put new battery but still it shows weak

I have the same issue with s10e I have tried 3 new batteries so far. Still I hav the issue .... any ideas

This is because the battery cycle count has not been reset. In order to reset it, you either have to root your phone or have an authorized repair center like UBreakIFix to do it, which they charge $50~ to do so.

When you replaced it did you allow the battery to cycle fully a few times? Charge to full, discharge completely, then charge again. Do this a few times. When it dies, turn it on again and let die again. Do this until it fails to turn on (screen should just show battery is at 0%) once it does charge to fill, and let die again. When replacing lithium batteries from what I've experienced you have to cycle the battery to get it fully functional. Otherwise could be a bad battery.

Samsung think it will be better for them to make step against right to repair even when customer buy original OEM battery, do we really own our phones ?
