My Vivo V19Neo doesn't have a demo video in it when we bought it

We bought the phone in the Vivo store then, I'm finding the demo video but there's nothing in the videos, even my sister phone she bought that in the other vivo store but still no demo video the vivo y19, but my cousin. Bought in the online shop vivo store and there's a demo video in it, why mines doesn't have?? I mean I'm just curious
