Can't fix horizontal line after cable replacement.

The problem I have is similar to this one:

There is a permanent horizontal line that divides the screen in half and every 2/3 seconds the image double itself on the bottom half. I tried to follow the “duct tape method” with the ribbon cable of the T-CON and it got better but the black line still remains permanent. So i ordered the replacement cables and tried to replace the old ones but nothing changed. Should i order the whole T-Con board (already found it online) or there is something more that i could try? Thanks guys

What is the condition of the actual connector on the TCON board? Are there any bent pins?

Everything seems fine to me, no bent pins. I honestly thought that the problem was in the cables because when i added tape to the left one it got better:
