My phone isn’t charging properly and the charger doesn’t fit right now. I tried cleaning the charging port with the tip of a plastic flosser but it’s really caked on there and I don’t want to damage it. How could I clean it out without damaging it?

Power off your iPhone. If you're using cotton, place a toothpick on the cotton and twist until it catches and starts to wrap around the toothpick (Only use a small amount). Holding your iPhone so the backside is facing up, place the toothpick inside the chargin port. Scrape against the back wall of the port

are you sure that the charger you have fits perfectley? becuase sometimes it looks like it fits when it dosent
