Samsung Fridge MSV488A-L1P has water leaking
G'day, my Samsung Fridge MSV488A-L1P has water leaking
1. at the bottom of the fridge.
2. a thin layer of ice inside the fridge tray/pan.
Please help.

Hi,
Please verify the model number of the refrigerator, as the model number that you have posted appears to be for a refrigerator compressor (find it in the list of compressor models)? Knowing the correct refrigerator model number will help to find the correct parts etc if there is a faulty part that may be causing the problem.
Water leaking and ice forming in the freezer compartment sounds like a defrost problem.
It could be a blocked drain that goes from under the evaporator unit inside the freezer compartment and leads to the evaporator pan under the compartments.
This drain allows the meltwater from the defrost cycle to drain away and evaporate naturally. If the drain is blocked the meltwater backs up and overflows back into the freezer compartment and when the defrost cycle is over it refreezes again.
