My door is locked and won’t open
it is unplugged and when I plug it in the pump starts pumping and doesn’t stop till I unplug it

Has any water left in your washing machine? Also check your filter if it is not blocked, which would stop you pump from draining properly. Sometimes small items (hair bobbles) can make their way into the drain pump (despite the filter being there) and block it which would prevent your washing machine to drain fully.

when I put my new load of laundry in the washer the door locked right away and the buttons in the front did not work. Then I unplugged the washer, let it sit for about 30 minutes and the pump started pumping when I plugged it back in, even though there was no water in the machine (my laundry is still dry)
We cleaned the pump last week and it wasn't very dirty. there were no foreign objects in there. I was able to go on you tube and open the door manually, so my laudry is out, but whenever we plug in the machine the pump keeps on pumping and does not stop.
