My ps4 is not turning on

Hi, one day I open my ps4 to clean it, as I have done like 100 times and everything, went fine. And when I was done I waited like 15- 30 until I plug it in, I was playing and everything, and then after like 20min plus/minus my ps4 started to spark. The power in that room when off and when I turned it on my ps4 started to smell burned only where the power supply is.

why did this happen and can I fix it by just buying and replacing the old one. can it be that I put the wrong screws on the metal plate above the power supply??
