Tiny blackish and greenish spots on bottom of the screen

Hi, my phone fell down yesterday and I am noticing today that there many tiny very tiny but many black spots on the right bottom of the phone screen. I don't know that it's because of the fall of the device or I don't how it started. But I noticed today morning and I am Applying pressure on the spots to fix it but it's not getting fixed. I will even upload pics if possible.

It's greenish which on black color and black on white color. Please tell me how to fix it and why it's here. Is it because of some dust or something please help me out.

Because your phone fell on the ground and (probably) your phone hit the ground with the display, the pressure damaged your LCD. You have to replace it. Pressing on the spots will make the display worse.

Bro u wouldn’t believe I was using my phone for some days and literally the spots were going away and then I changed my phone ,at the time when I changed my phone the spots were like 75% gone and then I turned on my phone today I wouldn’t believe there are no spots at all ?. Does my phone heal itself ? ?

But according to your answer when I was using the phone whenever I tried to press or apply pressure on the damaged or spotted part it used to get more worse , I were right !

Greens definitely dead pixels black may be the same my monitor sports a red dead pixel I believe it's the manufacturers intended way to scare people into buying a new
