Dual Voltage what ac cord to use for Europe

I have a PS3 Slim 120GBModel CECH-2001A. I have read other people suggesting to buy the following: Use a 5A kettle cord , the ps2 power cord is 2.5A ~250v , it will heat up. Buy a power cord with 5A ~250v (5A kettle cord with fuse) and use it on a US ps3 slim, it will not heat up. Where do you buy one? i have not found any in germany? please advise
