Disk drive will beep once with disk in but will not power up

My ps4 disk drive will not work and i get the

su -42118-6. With no update . stuck never touched my ribon cables they all work it still wont power all the fuses work aswell still no power unless ive over looked something i cant figure it out . manual injecting the disk and restarting the console wont do anything . the eject button beeps 3 times without a disk and once when fully inserted .
