PS4 slim not reading games

My ps4 slim stopped reading disks, both bluray games and dvds.

When i insert a disk it spins up, then it stops in 1-2 seconds, the console repeats this process 5-6 times, then I get an unrecongized disk warning.

I already tried updating the system and rebuilding the database from safe mode, i cleaned the lens and then changed it with a new one, but nothing changed.
