Joy Con will not connect wirelessly but sync LEDs work?

As the title suggests, I have a right Joy Con that will not connect wirelessly to the Switch however works fine when connected to the console.

Firstly, I tried changing the board that deals with the SL + SR and sync to no avail. The LEDs run up and down as if the Joy Con is searching for something to connect to but always fails.

Next I attempted to swap out the whole Joy Con “rail” that connects to the Switch with a Joy Con that does connect wirelessly with no luck. Still no connection.

Next I tried to change the little antenna that is press fit to the board, near the battery connection from the other functional Joy Con and again, no wireless connection. The antenna from the “broken” Joy Con also works inside the donor Joy Con so this is not an issue.

The Joy Con battery is charging so this is not an issue. Other Joy Cons will connect no problem and have no issues with input so it’s not the Switch, It’s just this one Joy Con?

Does anyone have any other suggestions I could try?
