phone says "connecting" but won't let me talk
Sometimes when I have an incoming call, phone says “connecting” but won’t let me talk. I have to rely on caller i.d. to see who is calling and then call them back. Especially worrying now that I am awaiting my Covid vaccination date and need to be able to respond quickly.

Without the model number it is difficult to help you.
The model number can usually be found under the base station that the phone is registered with or sometimes in the battery compartment of the phone itself, under the battery.
Also DECT 6.0 is not a model number. It merely denotes the version of the system protocol that connects the phone with its base station
