changed out the motherboad from my S6 to a new one, no working

Hi Guys , I changed out main motherboard from my Canadian S6 to a AT&T american board . I get signal and everything but cannot place a call, i figure it is because it is a USA board . Any ideas how to make this work or am I SOL ?

It picks up wifi can do play store just cant phone with it just rings n rings then ends call

It is the right motherboard for phone but a American AT&T instead of say Telus
