42RLE Code (DTC) P0732 Gear Ratio Error in 2nd

Only in the morning star the car trans in D move and get have issues on second gear, check engine light up sometimes but not often, if I wait and warm up the vehicle for at list 15 min I have no problems, if I need to go i have the problem about 1 or 2 times and then nothing, if warm car runs perfect no issues, if cold same problem all the time just one or two times and then runs grate, I have the 2012 Jeep Liberty, my ex-wife has a 2011 same problem… we change filters, oil, service differential, maintain car in 100% on Jeep check service but this problem is getting on my nerves please advise….
