My printer says it is out of paper when it is not
My printer says it is out of paper when it is not and it seems as though the roller is not moving.

Open the door on the back and check for a jam or small piece of paper obstructing the feed. Pull out the paper tray and check for obstructions.
In the paper try the paper needs to be as close to the feed end of the tray as possible and the tray in all the way.
