My ue megaboom 3 says charge 100% but it’s not turning on if not plug

So i got this brand new megaboom3 plug the thing

let it charge started from 20% to 100% but as soon as i unplug the speaker it shut down when i plug it back it works fine still 100% batterie.. no answer from ultimate ears.. tried reset and update still not working
