Mi Band 5: No Heart Rate when Running

Hello, I have my Mi Band 5 for about 5 months. It worked great so far, but strangely two months ago the heart rate measurement stopped working whenever I choose „outdoor running“, „running“ or „walking“ as an exercise. With all the other exercises heart rate is not a problem. But I mostly run. What can I do?
