Replaced L Joy-con shell, buttons and stick, NONE of the buttons work

The title (somehow) says it all. I replaced the joy-con stick because of Drift, and while I was at it replaced the shell and buttons (I’m almost disassembling the entire thing anyways). After doing this, only the Sync button and the analog stick work (the latter is kinda ironic, it’s the thing that always fails). Any ideas?

Before anyone asks me this, YES the controller is up to date.

I would also like to mention that all the buttons click.
