Then you will have to replace the display to find out.

More than likely the problem is in the display as it has very delicate internal connections which can break even though there is nothing obvious seen on the outside

May be just coincidence or maybe not.

Try starting the phone in safe mode and then check.

if it doesn't happen then a "downloaded" app is the problem. The trick is to find out which one is causing it to happen. A downloaded app is one that you installed on the phone and wasn't already pre-installed when you got it.

Thanks! Sometimes it happens when I'm switching between an app and another or when I'm already close one, but like you say maybe us just coincidence. This problem has a really strange evolution, before appears randomly vertical lines all over the screen, after that appears lines but this time was horizontal and finally in present mostly when Im playing that game or when i'm switching between apps or closing this.
