you mean the one from the teardown ?
none of the 3 you mentioned - it's from europe
but the att should be absolutely the same phone

i can only speak for the 2 models from the teardown - the model numbers are the same (everything on the back cover is the same)
but the hardware was different
lets wait until the first US phones reveal their secret ;-)
