No Title (You should edit this question)

The problem has not been resolved. I tried everything that is written on the forum without success. I even reset Windows. I don't think it's a hardware problem as long as the Fn + F4 combination does something (something else it should - open a browser, respectively Fn + F3 open the email). If it was a hardware problem I think that when pressing the mentioned combinations they should not do anything. All other F keys accompanied by the Fn key work properly. My laptop is an Asus UX461UN.
