Why my tv RCA volume keeps cutting off when I watch tv & goes back on

Marlena Bushie what is the exact model for your TV? What have you checked? Have you tried to restore factory settings through your TV's Menu? Have you tried this with all the different input sources. i.e HDMi, Component, Coax etc.?
