No Disc feed on ps4 pro

So the disc drive on my ps4 didn’t work properly, so I decided to replace the disc drive. After replacing the disc drive from a newer ps4 pro model, the disc drive won’t take any Blu-Rays. So I decided to replace the disc drive back with my old one. My old disc drive also had no power and won’t take any disc’s in and when i wanted to update the system i got the “SU-42118-6” error . I checked the fuses and found out that two of my fuses were blown out. I replaced them and now i can update the system, but my disc drive is still broken. Can anybody help ?
