My PlayStation won't turn on but the eject button beeps.

My PlayStation suddenly stop working. Then I removed the cover and cleaned it. Then again it began to work. From next day I had to wait like 1/2 hour to turn it on after plugging it to the power.

Yesterday I tried to turn it on but that didn’t work at all. When I pushed the power button nothing happened but after pressing the eject button it makes a beep noise. I checked the power with a tester and found out all the usb ports have the power.
