My whole screen dim why

Sounds like a bad backlight. If you can see the screen when you shine a flashlight beam at an angle against the screen, it is your backlight. We would need to know your TV’s exact make and model. That way we can most likely help to find out what the voltages on the power board to the LED’s are supposed to be. Most common error will be failed backlight strips. To replace those you would have to disassemble your panel.
