5 red blinking lights- kdl70w850b

I have 75' sony bravia with 5 blinking lights. The technician stated it was the tcon board. I ordered one with the board # matching up, but the sticker with the QR code did not(not sure if that would be an issue). I have a voltage tester but the lowest is 12volts.

I replaced the Tcon board, it lights up for 10 seconds now but still gives me the 5 blinking lights. I don't have the orignal remote, but I tried holding the power button and volume down to restart, makes a power up noise then shuts off. On the plus side I do have backlight though.
